Admission Process for Russia

STAGE 1: 

Once the student has satisfied himself / herself about all the merits and demerits of studying medicine in Russia, the student should send at Vadodara Head Office or email  at (counsellor@royoverseas.com) his/her completely filled Roy Overseas Registration form along with required documents.  ROS will charge Rs.25, 000 at this primary stage either through a Demand Draft favouring Roy Overseas Services payable at Vadodara, Gujarat OR you can Bank Transfer the said amount in our bank accounts as mentioned below.

On Receipt of your application form & Rs. 25,000.00 - you will receive

  • Career Guidance and Counselling
  • Career Mapping & Planning
  • Provisional Selection Letter
  • University Application Form
  • Fee Structure of the University
  • Brochure of the University

The following documents are required at the time of application (For Under-Graduate courses in Russia): 

  • Online / Offline Roy Overseas Registration Form
  • Scanned copy of 10th marks sheet. 
  • Scanned copy of 12th marks sheet. 
  • Scanned copy of 12th passing certificate. 
  • Scanned copy of the first and the last page of the passport (Can be submitted later in case the same is not immediately available). 
For Post-Graduate courses in MD/MS/MDS Scanned copies of provisional / degree certificate.
 
  • Scanned copies of registration certificate 
  • Scanned copy of each marks sheet of the MBBS course 
  • Scanned copy of transcript from the medical or dental college / university 
  • Scanned copy of the Internship completion certificate. 
  • Scanned copy of Provisional / Degree certificate. 
  • Scanned copy of Registration certificate. 

STAGE 2:

The application is forwarded to the concerned University. Once the University accepts the application of the student, the University issues a letter of confirmation of admission, confirming the admission of the student at the University. At this stage, student is expected to make the another payment of Rs.25,000.00

STAGE 3:

Applying for Invitation: "Invitation Letter" is an authorized document issued by the Administration of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation. Further it has to be certified by the Authority of Ministry of Public Health of Russian Federation. Preparation of the INVITATION takes minimum of 30 days.

STAGE 4:

Upon receiving the Passport and Invitation, ROS makes arrangements to have the visa stamped on the passport by the Visa Office at the Russian Consulate / Embassy. Once the passport has been received by ROS after the stamping of the visa, the original passport and all other original documents are handed over to the student. At this stage, student is expected to make the payment of Rs. 1,50,00.00 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand).  

The Service charges shall include:  

  1. Providing students with all necessary information about the University and living in Russia 
  2. Providing Admission letter from University 
  3. Providing Invitation/VISA letter from Ministry of External Affairs of Russia 
  4. Providing Visa from Russian Embassy 
  5. Arranging One Way Air Ticket for applicant (paid by ROS) 
  6. Assistance for Eligibility Certificate from Medical Council of India (MCI) 
  7. Assistance in immigration registration in Russian Federation 
  8. Making all necessary arrangements to provide students with hostel accommodation
  9. Assisting students in undergoing medical check-up (VDRL, HIV, Meningitis, Tuberculosis etc.) 
  10. Students ID card, hostel card, International card
  11. Opening of Bank account in Russia 

STAGE 5:

The student should now start his packing and also obtain the Letter of Direction from ROS. He should make all arrangements to travel as per the date intimated by ROS. He / she should also ensure that all documentation is complete. All the original documents and certificates must be presented at the University.

Student shall be ready with 1st year fees payable to university along with amount required for other expenses at Russia as per the details provided by ROS.

Departure for College from port of exit.

STAGE 6:

The student shall pay the fee to the University and complete the admission process on the day of arrival or on the next working day.

(If the student does not have a valid passport then he can take a copy of the admission confirmation letter received from the University and submit in the respective Passport office to get the passport on a priority basis)
