Admission Process for China

STAGE 1:

Once the student has satisfied himself / herself about all the merits and demerits of studying medicine in China, the student should send at Vadodara Head Office or email  at (counsellor@royoverseas.com) his/her completely filled Roy Overseas Registration form along with required documents.  ROS will charge Rs.25, 000 at this primary stage either through a Demand Draft favouring Roy Overseas Services payable at Vadodara, Gujarat OR you can Bank Transfer the said amount in our bank accounts as mentioned below.

On Receipt of your application form & Rs. 25,000.00 - you will receive
  • Career Guidance and Counselling
  • Career Mapping & Planning
  • Provisional Selection Letter
  • University Application Form
  • Fee Structure of selected University
  • Brochure of the Selected University

The following documents are required at the time of application (For Under-Graduate courses in China):

  • Online / Offline Roy Overseas Registration Form
  • Scanned copy of 10th marks sheet. 
  • Scanned copy of 12th marks sheet. 
  • Scanned copy of 12th passing certificate.
  • Scanned copy of the first and the last page of the passport (Can be submitted later in case the same is not immediately available).

For Post-Graduate courses in MD/MS/MDS Scanned copies of provisional / degree certificate

  • Scanned copies of registration certificate 
  • Scanned copy of each marks sheet of the MBBS course 
  • Scanned copy of transcript from the medical or dental college / university 
  • Scanned copy of the Internship completion certificate.
  • Scanned copy of Provisional / Degree certificate

STAGE 2:

The application is forwarded to the concerned University. . 

STAGE 3:

Once the University accepts the application of the student, the University issues a Provisional Admission Order, confirming the admission of the student at the University. At this stage, student is expected to make the another payment of Rs. 25,000.00

ROS, will provide you with below documents

  1. Provisional Admission Order
  2. Visa Application Form
  3. Physical Examination Form
  4. Rules and Regulation Form

STAGE 4:

Forward all forms duly filled & signed to ROS

  1. Rules and Regulations duly signed
  2. Copy of Passport
  3. Copy of Police Clearance Certificate
  4. Visa Application Form [signed only] with Photograph as per the specifications
  5. Physical Examination Form filled by the government doctor with seal and signature along with doctor’s registration no. on the front page photograph and back page with hospital seal along with supporting medical reports [VDRL, Hepatitis B, HIV, Blood Group, Blood Routine, Vision Test, ECG, Chest X Ray, Blood Pressure].

ROS, will apply for JW202 Form

STAGE 5:

Upon receiving the original Passport within 21 days of receipt of PAO and On receipt of original JW 202, ROS applies for the Visa at the China Consulate / Embassy. Once the passport has been received by ROS after the stamping of the visa, the original passport and all other original documents are handed over to the student. At this stage, student is expected to make the payment of Rs. 1,50,00.00 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand)

The Service charges shall include:

  1. Providing students with all necessary information about the University and living in China
  2. Providing Admission letter from University 
  3. Providing Invitation/VISA letter from Ministry of External Affairs of China 
  4. Providing Visa from China Embassy 
  5. Arranging One Way Air Ticket for applicant (paid by ROS) 
  6. Assistance for Eligibility Certificate from Medical Council of India (MCI) 
  7. Assistance in immigration
  8. Making all necessary arrangements to provide students with hostel accommodation
  9. Students ID card, hostel card, International card
  10. Opening of Bank account in China

STAGE 6:

The student should now start his packing and also obtain the Letter of Direction from ROS. He should make all arrangements to travel as per the date intimated by ROS. He / she should also ensure that all documentation is complete. All the original documents and certificates must be presented at the University. 
 
Student shall be ready with 1st year fees payable to university along with amount required for other expenses at China as per the details provided by ROS.
 
Departure for College from port of exit.
 

STAGE 7:

The student shall pay the fee to the University and complete the admission process on the day of arrival or on the next working day. 

(If the student does not have a valid passport then he can take a copy of the admission confirmation letter received from the University and submit in the respective Passport office to get the passport on a priority basis)
